A Few Moments

It's almost Labor Day weekend and school is in it's second week.  I still haven't found a moment to breathe and find boredom or loneliness.  I hope to though.  Last week got completely filled up with canning and adjustments and all the life things.  So today is Monday and so far I've pretty much done nothing.  Except I went to the chiropractor and the library and took a short walk on Plum Creek Trail.  And ate lunch with Matt.  Now I'm home and ready to knock out all the Monday things.  But I won't .  Because there's no pressure.  And I've decided that clean and perfect is over rated.  Here's pictures of what we did the last while before school and then first day of school pictures.   I took Keagan and Mathias on a field trip to the state capital.  They were enthralled and so was I.  It's is a very beautiful building.  And the atmosphere of the place......It's a good experience.  All the b...

Beautiful Summer (Last weeks before school)

Snickers and I have been taking early morning walks all summer.  I started doing this because I've been watching my man take care of his knee with physical therapy and exercise and wanted to do something good for myself as well.  It seems like we are better together when we do this.  And then I ended up enjoying the space to organize my head.  I've become much more productive and calm in my soul.  Maybe one day it will help me be strong physically....at this point it hasn't helped that!  :)  Yesterday was extremely foggy  and the sunrise was rather amazing and beautiful.   When a girl begins her day with this in front of her it helps ground the whole day.  After all, only a big God could do this and I get to know him and be called one of His!  People can try to  change me up but God already's got it so there's the happy thing for you today!  He's got you too!   We made a s'more bar for our guests last...

Camping 2018

This year our camping trip was planned with definite dates because we knew August would bring school and juggling of other people's schedules.  So when we got right down to our camping trip dates I realized that we've gone camping this same week or close to the same week for the last several years.        We struggled terribly with deciding which favorite spot to visit this year.  Ended with a compromise of a favorite place with a new place in between.   It was a nice trip but felt kind of hard this year.  Not sure why.  Here's a photo dump. Best feeling ever.  I did this while those guys were trying to catch fish in the lake.  I personally don't think there are any fish in that lake.   But this food was SOOOO good.    Bragging a little but it was quite a successful experiment.  Best thing to do when camping!   looking down over the hill into the Niobrara Nationa...
