Here's another post of sentences for you Mom. Since you support my one sentence thoughts!
After a Big Weekend and then back to Monday I've come away with many random and floating thoughts in my head.
First observance. The kids here are good at heart and have pretty solid homes and lives. I don't think one could take them down the wide and crooked too easily. Not sure how that all came about but it's a good thing. Therefore our first night of being co youth sponsors was quite nice. They're a young crowd and good kids. There. That's all recorded now for when I get exasperated in the next year! :)
Second Observance: Having friends stop by unannounced is a good thing too! Good for relationships and good for my pride. Teaches me to stop procrastinating and get the work done.... you never know who it will be and all that. But it was encouraging and good to visit with them !
Third Observance: Pain and hard things in life aren't the end of the story. They're more like the beginning. But we don't know that when we're in the middle of those hard things. Watching out for eachother is key for building and not tearing down in these hard times.
Fourth: I wish I could reach in and fix things for the whole community of friends I have who are going through hard things! BUT I know one who can and I'm glad I can at least pray and trust in the goodness of God to make it all good in the end. It's the beginning of the story! Remember?!
Fifth: Late nights with kids makes for a really emotional Monday. Oh My! But we'll light the candles and sweep the floors and see how we can do these late weekend nights with more agility next time! (Emotions on the part of my baby boys! Ahem! )
Sixth: My boys NEED hair cuts. Anyone want practice in barbering school?
Seventh: I still have a kitchen to clear up and supper to make and baby cakes just reached her limits. Ta Ta.....
