Idaho Trip

The trampoline was the most fun thing ever for the kids. Keagan thought he was pretty cool to be big enough for it... My Dad and Mom.....I still say if you guys don't want the glider set you can ship it to me... I doubt my kids will have many memories of my parents ...but hopefully pictures like these will bring back a few! I don't know that this lady matches my son in character but I do know they could pass for brother and sister in real life. Here's the little toughy who despised my son! She and Keagan were quite the enemies. Although I'm pretty sure Keagan couldn't figure out why she didn't like him. Poor boy.... The story of the dead flower. Shilah was so thrilled to see a water lily blooming on her "fun" boat ride that ended up to be a stuck boat ride....her one daughter went to pick it for her and here it was fake...out in the middle of the river. Rather disappointing! :) Dad found it funny! Me and my favorite little skinny two year old... ...

After so many "no's" God said "yes" today!

Evie was able to call mom!!!! PTL! Mom was pretty emotional so I didn't get to hear the tidbits but I'm just so happy God moved in the right people's hearts to help get that done! Now lets pray for the next miracle for this situation everyone! God's got the big picture and the power in His hands.....

Enjoying this moment...

Right now I'm enjoying a half a cup of coffee and hazelnut creamer...half of each! And some chocolaty peanut buttery bars! And I just took a hand full of vitamins and Tylenol . Surely all of that should take away this headache wouldn't one think so?! :) Another thing I'm enjoying is feeling this little one inside of me wiggling. I just found out yesterday that a dear lady from around here who was due very close to when I am, lost her little baby. So I'm trying to enjoy this moment and trying not to worry for my baby....at the same time I feel terribly upset and sad and weepy for Angie. Please pray for Angie. Other moments to enjoy....I've been amazed how the green has finally come out in all it's colors. So many summers get so filled up so fast and before I take time to look we're back to harvest browns again! Today I looked out to the field below our house and I can see the tiny little corn plants all making nice perfect rows all the way d...

Picture Post

I put these pictures on completely backwards but I'm going to leave it. These first ones are of our weekend with Curt & Evelyn and there fun daughter Miranda. We had an amazing good time and so encouraging time with them! The kids played so well together....we ate good food and played hard and even got in some good chats. Somehow the nights got late enough w/out trying. I wish I could have been more organized and had my kids in bed sooner so we could have had more late night talks but life isn't doing that for me right now! We spent all day Saturday at the zoo. We took in the carousel ride and the new gondola ride and skipped the train ride this time. Here are the ones who blessed us w/ their humor and stories and down to earth time w/ us....nothing like someone who's real and willing to share and care!!! I took this picture when I was scared scared....I was w/ Keagan on my bench and it was slippery and he was telling me how fun it was way up high....and I w...

Odds and Ends about our life....

We celebrated nine years together Wednesday. I can't believe I didn't even take a picture. Except I can believe it because I don't really like pictures of me right now. I envision being all thin again and not a bit tired for our tenth anniversary! One should have goals right? Matt planned a very nice afternoon and evening for us. He asked Mom B to watch the boys and we spent the afternoon checking out a chimney needing caulked and then we enjoyed a couple nice antique stores. We found a really neat item that we left there. But I'm dreaming about it for someday when I can figure out where to put it. http://www.oldcoffeegrinders.com/images/4035ArcadeCrystalNo.3AA.jpg Go check it out! I think it's pretty cool! And after that we went to J's steak house. A NON chain restaurant, restaurant. Real candle light and real glasses and real napkins. And a little corner for us. Wonderful service. And delicious steak kabobs for a starving pregnant me! ...

This if for Ivan!!!

My son Zerrick has a used vehicle lot going on right now! Here's his sign. He says no one was buying the Chevy so he decided to put 50cents on it! So he's offering trucks for $25 but Chevys.....only 5ocents! Wow! What a deal he puts on! Wouldn't it be fun to be 6 again?! :)

Back to my list....

Two of my favorite things..... My two brown eyed boys! And I'm back here to report I have number one down on my to do list. Everyone told me to give myself a break....well some things can't wait!:) Tonight is the last hockey game of the year. They've rented the icebox this time. Zerrick is quite excited....I'm being patient....:) A good day to all of you.....
