Nothing New

So I don't have the news that people keep expecting to see on here.  So you'll have to help me out otherwise.
I've been trying to stay busy and upbeat.  But sometimes it's not easy.  So today I thought maybe I should run to the grocery store and buy ingredients to fill my freezer with food.  I need Ideas. My only idea at this point is to make a Lasagna.  And I have a little bit of leftover roast beef for another hotdish.  And meatballs are a hit here.  But what are some other freezer ideas?  Mom B gave me five loaves of bread last week. I baked cookies last week and they're almost gone.  I should bake a bunch more.
So I'm thinking...but help me out....what should I make?  If I delve into this perhaps this baby will make an appearance! Although my Dr. is still not home yet. She should be home by Monday.
K...I'm waiting on you all now....ideas?

Tater-tot casserole, pizzas, Turkey potpies, wet burrito hotdish. any of these are oven dinners so nobody has to cook. Line your pans with foil so that nobody has to wash dishes, either. But Frances can cook and wash dishes. So why bother with any of this?

Thinking a lot of you and hoping to see that other side of the hill. I would love to talk to you again. E-mail me you phone #. I tried to call a long time ago and it didn't go through. OR better yet just call me when you have time to gab. I could easily fill a hour of your day. :)

Before my last baby, I had mixed a bunch of cookies, before I got them baked my oven quit. So, I dipped them out and froze them. These were so handy. We had fresh cookies whenever we wanted for a month or two after the baby.

I also just like to have things like pizza dough, cooked rice, prepped meatballs/meatloaf, refrigerator mashed potatoes, etc in the freezer. These are not complete meals, but they help make a meal quickly.

Hope your baby comes soon!

I did some of the foods already mentioned, plus poor man's steak, chicken n rice, chicken-etti, ham n noodle cass., etc. It truly is a HUGE help afterwards when your help has left and it's all up to you. Blessings!!!

It looks very lovely, cheesy, meaty, and American. We eat differently on this side of the globe and so now and then I crave such foods as you have. I get them now and then too.

In My Worship Place

Last time I posted I mentioned being in a quiet spot.      It's curious to me how one can be in a quiet spot internally but super busy externally and then be in a quiet season externally but Internally be in a season of seeking and crying and lonely.      Zerrick and Susanna's reception in our yard is over and my many siblings showing up for us was a cherry on top.   It felt like a relaxed good reception and I spent most of it watching people and listening in on little groups of chatter.      And then the twelve hours with my siblings on Saturday.  God worked it out so I could have tiny little snitches of chat that I could be assured that I got the most of the gift of them even being here.        We all stood around and prayed and cried and sobbed together for a short time before Bruce's left.  Healing.  I still feel emotional about it.  And now it's qu...

A few things...

Okay, I have a whole pile of pictures I'm going to post one of these days. In the mean time....a few more questions to add to my last post.... 1. What do people mean when they say things like, " He/she spoke peace/ blessing/ love/truth or whatever into my heart? How does one get truth spoke into ones heart by another person? Okay, now I expect to hear someone defend themselves for saying this or else clarify to me why it sounds so off the wall......no reading this w/out some input! 2. What else? I was asking about what does it mean to have deeper relationship w/ God. So everyone said ya that's a good thing to desire. Here's my thought. You either have a relationship w/ God or you don't. So then who decides if it's a deeper relationship than....see how can you know? Can you compare? That won't work because God doesn't work like that....putting us on brackets of who is most spiritual. The only way you can use the term in having a deeper relationship w/ Go...

Happy Birthday Keagan

Keagan turned three while we were in Idaho. So we made a cake and celebrated with the Skrivseth cousins this year. He was enthralled watching me make the cake. Had to have his little hand on that hat! gazing in adoration at it. Just about ready to blow those candles. He kept telling me that we couldn't sing Happy Birthday though. He's easily embarrassed! Silly guy! I rather like my little three year.
